The operations coordinator Brett quite rude and ignorant with customer service issues regarding the service that he is giving the company . Very blunt, poor communication level and skill. Had to give 1 star. To be fair he is minus 10.

Seriously these guys n girls are the best! Dave, Matt, Kerrie and all of the service teams are amazing! ... they are friendly, helpful and actually listen when you need go explain an issue - ie - recent tyre issue with my gopher. The follow up was outstandinh! Best company in Adelaide when you need support for those customers whom dont always have a voice. My doggos and I are very greatful!
