After two solid days of fishing, climbing over rocks carrying very heavy gear, my knees started to give way, so i decided to book myself in for a physio appt. Well Matty Hoy, you sir have the most magical fingers and you got my knees moving like no tomorrow! I literally danced out of the appointment!!! Thankyou sir!

Hoys physio sawtell is the best place to go to in Coffs. Great people but can't go wrong with the reception lady Nat, she was so friendly and made me leave with a smile on my face. She was the reason I went back there. Highly recommendable!!!!
