very unprofessional. .…then they lie in reply. I Can(‘t and don’t care) made an appointment with me. After waiting 30 minutes I called and was told they would return to me in a few minutes ‘just need to grab your file’. They still haven’t, weeks later. Very surprised to read their reply here.
