ClickabilityIgnite Healthcare and specifically Andy Kwok have been excellent with supporting me to navigate the issues with my wife’s deteriorating disability. I had no idea or knowledge about NDIS and the role of the OT when my wife joined the NDIS. Andy met with us and very quickly understood the issues and helped me enormously by firstly visiting and observing my wife and then writing the relevant reports in order to secure the funding for the items we so desperately needed. Andy is always available and is prompt with getting back to me and following up on items that have not been delivered. i know it’s just his job and role however i owe an enormous amount of gratitude to Andy. I’m not sure we would have ended up with the same outcome we have today had we not had Andy’s services.
