I first came in to connection with Navneet through my former company’s EPA when I was working as a journalist and experiencing very challenging situations personally and professionally. Navneet was incredibly understanding, compassionate and supportive in hearing me out about some pretty traumatic stories had impacted me. Once leaving journalism, and becoming a holistic wellbeing practitioner who is studying counselling, I found myself again seeking Navneet’s guidance. Sessions with Navneet leave me feeling clear, grounded and at ease. So much so I have referred several kinesiology clients, as well as friends, to her. One of the best counsellors I’ve been to, albeit remotely. I certainly feel more empowered after having a session with Navneet.

Navneet has been the best experience I’ve had in therapy. After seeing clinical psychologists and being given tools, it still didn’t help my mind/body connection, nor do I think during this time I was really able to resolve past trauma.
