ClickabilityI am a case manager that had a client using this service. I found the service lacking in their understanding of my client's disability, condescending in their treatment of the client, and difficult to have a good working relationship with. In the end, we left the service because of the lack of transparency and poor communication.

ClickabilityIt’s been a while since i’ve been involved with IDS, but back when they were HR&SS they did an amazing job helping me find accessible housing. And they’re one of the few organisations to be governed by a board of people with disabilities, which is a great idea.
