I am extremely impressed by the efficiency of Instacare, as a recovery coach for NDIS clients I have found Instacare are incredibly fast in processing invoices, communication is professional and the Instacare team are responsive and very helpful. Excellent service, thank you.

No confirmation was given when submitting the online form (not on the form’s page nor via email), so I sought support via the chat button on their website. Apparently my forms had gone through, there was just no confirmation protocol. When I asked, kindly, to submit feedback that would help relieve the burden on their system that would come from multiple form submissions, the chat was immediately closed without any further communication. If this is a reflection on their service as a whole, I am going elsewhere.

It appears to be an exceptionally well run Company And I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending their Services

I really love how my NDIS Case Coordinator Tammy from Perth WA is so passionate about her job and always willing to go 150%. It doesn’t seem to matter how much she has to do, she takes the time to chat with me and find out how I am going on a personal level. Tammy is not only my Case Coordinator but she has become my friend as well!
