Emma and Will are fantastic and all staff that I have dealt with are pleasant and professional, I would recommend Its My Life to anyone needing assistance out in the community.

If you are looking for personalised support, then look no further. You have come to the right place. I have had many people come and go but It's my life were the only ones who have gone above and beyond to provide me the support that I need. I love the name - It's my life and they mean it. I also like their file name for Invoices. They put your initials first and then followed by numbers that would start from 01. Now how personal is that. I am yet to see this level of personal care in any other organisations that I have dealt and dealing with. Well done guys!

It’s My Life has genuinely been one of the best things to happen to our family and our son. We had never entrusted his care and support to anyone outside our family, so taking that first step felt daunting. From the beginning, the team at It’s My Life made us feel that he was safe, respected and in kind, capable hands. They are a lovely small team who work together to engage him, support his independence and give him access to opportunities, adventures and experiences he simply was not getting before. Since finishing Year 12, he has not been ready for employment and was spending most of his days at home on his computer. Now, he is out in the community, learning new things and coming home with his own stories to tell. The difference in him has been noticed by everyone in our family. He is more confident, more engaged and is starting conversations without prompting, which is a huge step for him. He even called his sister recently just to say hello and ask how her day was going, which meant so much to all of us. The support workers are kind, patient and genuinely lovely people. He now gets himself ready without prompting, which tells us he not only enjoys going, he looks forward to it. He is also learning practical independence skills, including purchasing grocery items for himself and thinking about household needs without being asked. Their support has also made an enormous difference to our whole family. Before It’s My Life, I could not work outside the home because he could not be left alone all day and needed transport to appointments. Now, I have the freedom to work and provide for my family, while knowing he is safe, supported and thriving. Finding the right disability support provider is daunting, especially when it involves someone you love so deeply. If you are reading this because you are searching for support workers you can trust, I would take this as a sign. We are so grateful to have found It’s My Life and cannot recommend them more highly.
