Just Better Care Macarthur

I strongly recommend NOT using this service. They constantly make changes to my service without notifying me. They send different people, they change the time, sometimes no one turns up, and THEY DON'T NOTIFY ME!!! They even told me the regular worker had LEFT!. She turned up 3 weeks later, she had been on leave, she hadn't left at all. Totally unsatisfactory and unreliable. Stay away from Just Better Care. My rating is ZERO.

These people have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. I get emails saying do I want to keep my services for the holidays so I say yes. Then the night before they’re supposed to come, they call to say the domestic service is cancelled, but the social service is still on?!?! So do you have workers on public holidays, or don’t you??? And why are there social support workers available, but no domestic services workers??? They never let you know when someone is going to be late, or just not show up, yet you’re not supposed to get “close” to the workers, so they can’t tell you either. They ignore any serious issues that arise, and put it off until it’s too late and the damage has been done, and they currently don’t have enough workers to do the jobs that you are signed up with them for. It’s an absolute joke and a total disaster. I never know what’s going on from week to week, and have to try struggle through to get dishes washed for my son to use because I can’t do them with my health, but I don’t ever know what’s going on until the time and day, I just wait around like an idiot to see what’s going on. Avoid like the plague.
