Terrible company for clients and employees. The clients are charged excess fees and do not get good service. Since my case manager and my nurse left, this place has really gone downhill. The owner has also gone overseas which is very strange. I removed myself from such a terrible organisation. This is not how you care for the elderly. Just better care Ryde Parramatta is absolute rubbish.

work in this company 16 years Customers treat me very well, and in return, I respect them. This team is like a triangle, with [customers], [staff], and [the boss] ,all need making each other happy. I think this is an ideal team structure. If it also had a family-like atmosphere, that would be bester, and we all need to improve in that area. Of course, the boss also needs to humbly accept suggestions from customers and staff. Currently, the company's location is very strong, and with everyone's hard work, I believe the company will thrive for a long time.
