Huge thank you to Ainsley who booked my appointment (and directed me to find the right place when I got lost driving there) and Liz at the Mater Hospital site who installed my car seat for my Granddaughter. They were both very helpful and gracious with helping me. Liz was awesome and told me step by step everything she was doing as she installed the seat. She showed how to adjust the harness when baby was in and anything else I needed to know about the car seat and how to use. Thank you so much to both of you.

Such great service on Christmas Eve from KIDS safe Qld at the Mater! She took her time to explain everything I needed to know as a grandma - so patient with questions. Took care to make sure the seat was right for my grandson and that I knew how to get him strapped in and out.

Tessa is a lovely lady to talk to as she installed my grandchilds car seat promptly, with care and experience in the Logan City carpark. She showed me how to change the settings on the seat for when I need to convert it to forward facing. Great free service from the Government, thanks!
