Google prompted me to leave a review and I was so surprised that I hadn't left one yet! We have been seeing Speech therapist Beth for over a year now and she is just the best! Beth is extremely knowledgeable, kind, calming and also very fun! She does a great job at creating a low demand and flexible environment for our 6 year old ASD son. Our son totally adores Beth and so does his little brother who is about to start sessions with Beth. She goes the extra mile for our family and we appreciate her hard work so much! Thank you Beth!! The clinic is also very lovely & the staff are always very welcoming!

Making the decision to transition to Learn and Grow Chermside late last year after three years with our previous speech pathologist was a huge step for our family. We were understandably nervous about starting over, especially with a child who has additional needs. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we could have made. I can’t recommend Learn and Grow Chermside highly enough to any family looking for speech therapy support for their child. Finding the right therapist is so important, particularly for children with additional needs, and we truly found the perfect fit. Kate has been absolutely incredible. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to understand my daughter’s unique strengths and challenges. She is always bringing fresh ideas and strategies to each session, and the genuine relationship she has built with my daughter is something every parent hopes their child can experience. Since starting with Kate, my daughter’s confidence has grown enormously. Her speech clarity has improved significantly, and she has made incredible progress at school thanks to the collaboration between Kate and her teacher. Watching that teamwork has been invaluable. The biggest change, though, has been in my daughter’s mindset. She no longer avoids things she finds difficult instead, she embraces learning, challenges herself, and believes in her own abilities. The confidence Kate has helped build has extended far beyond speech therapy and is now evident in every aspect of her life. We are so grateful to have found Learn and Grow Chermside and Kate.
