Great staff and pleasant rooms. A nice restaurant attached, for meals with relatives, at the Glynde facility. A well run aged care service.

Many staff can't speak basic English, or don't understand things that they're told painstakingly - & repeatedly. Senior staff attempt to be very controlling of all your activity, regardless of you're level of competence. I was wrongly accused of damaging a room, &, when I pointed out that this wasn't even possible, the staff member concerned just sat & stared at me. She couldn't admit fault. Not a good environment for those who have much intellect left.

One of the very best nursing homes in the state. Staff are very caring, friendly and helpful, have a good relationship with residents and their families, and provide excellent palliative care. Have coped extremely well this year with the adversity of Covid-19. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and caring staff, a really happy, lovely atmosphere and the rooms are bright and homely. A very good and varied menu for all three main meals and most of the kitchen staff are more than willing to assist when necessary. The management staff are always very approachable and willing to listen and most times act on suggestions given to them by family or residents. A highly recommended retirement village and nursing home for anybody looking for that situation. 😊

Visiting from interstate, great selection of cheap plants (couldn't buy/take over the border). Clean op shop and garage type sale. All very reasonable prices. Recommended.
