I Rated Lifely five star for the best and great services to both staff and participants.

I deal with 3 staff members here cody, aspa, and Danielle and they are all amazing I deal with aspa for my support needs and I deal with Danielle for adult social group matters and Cody is my NDIS funding manager So there all amazing and I thank god for all three of them.. I love how they give me notifications of any changes whether it's to do with staff or funding or activities. I love how they treat me as a person not a object.. they always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met.. as I'm sure they do with all their other clients.. and it's much appreciated

I was recently in ED in Bendigo where a man with an intellectual disability named Bill was left in an incredibly vulnerable state by his support worker, Dave. Several members of the public, myself included, ended up providing comfort and assistance because Dave showed little regard for Bill’s wellbeing. Dave essentially dropped him off, gave a casual “see you later,” and left. Bill was visibly distressed, frightened, and confused, yet his designated support worker was nowhere to be seen. Bill literally wept in the ED waiting room and none of us knew how to support him. When Dave eventually reappeared, it was only for a quick, superficial check before disappearing again. Saying some stupid excuse about picking his dog up from the vet or dropping his son off somewhere. Anything but to sit it out with poor Bill. The lack of care and responsibility was appalling. Leaving a vulnerable individual in such distress without proper support is unacceptable. In the hands of strangers too nonetheless. Shame on you, Dave — your actions demonstrated an alarming absence of professionalism, empathy, and accountability. I hope this ignorance isn’t reflective of all support workers/ support coordinators employed at the Lifely Bendigo location. Bill deserved far better.
