Google MapsI found manager Tracey to be very dismissive when I wanted to express my feelings and feel heard after our phone call was disconnected and she did not call me back till after about a week or so. Later when an issue arose Tracey did not call me back to discuss it after my several attempts to respond. She just cut me off from plan management and sadly also my support coordination which I originally joined for just for that. What she did was nasty. I could have changed plan manager as I really was not confident with their support for that to start with.
