I have been working off this platform for nearly a year now and have no issues with them they are always easy to contact especially via email and they get straight back to you. Pay is always on time. I have had regular clients since i started and they think i might be right for a certain client they will call me personally to discuss this with my i am so grateful to have found this platform for me to work for myself which is something i have always want now going into my 60's i can still work my own hours with clients that appreciate you. I used Home Care Heros a couple of times for my son but I found it harder to pay bills and select staff than other platforms out there. They don't pay their staff travel time and don't pay their staff as well as other platforms.

Home Care Heroes are an outstanding organisation. We selected two heroes from their data base to work with two members of our family both of whom have recently received NDIS funding. The two heroes are fantastic, responsive to our family needs and above all to the needs of the two clients. The heroes are punctual, empathetic and very willing to take on tasks. Well done HCH you are offering clients and their families choice,piece of mind and respite from caring.

This is an organisation that really seems to get what it means to put the client first. They went above and beyond to find the right support workers and did so with good clear communication. It was truly a partnered experience and in a world that so often wants to tell you what you can have their approach was a breath of fresh air. The flexibility and affordability has meant that we have been able to maximise our NDIS funding. We hope that this service approach continues because so far what we have been able to achieve for our son using their services has given him greater independence and a meaningful social life for the first time in his life.
