Kimberley and her team are so helpful. Willing to go the extra mile. I was feeling deflated and getting nowhere but after seeing Kimberley we now have a plan and seeing great improvement in my child. Highly recommend.

Absolutely appalled by the business. We went to the physio with a referral and care plan and they spent time with my daughter - asking her irrelevant and non physio related information and then billed me almost $400 for zero outcome and only to recommend 2-3 sessions with them per week! My 7 year old daughter!!! I then asked for a report for this so called $400 assessment but then they wanted another $192 for that. A complete rip off and people who have no formal expertise in the area of caring and providing support to people! Disgusting and I have now heard many other people have the same experiences with other providers within the business. I most certainly do not have the wrong business. Little Sparrows. I was never a client. And there are many other locals with the same view as to how you conduct your business.

The best Therapy Service I have attended with my ASD child. The ladies we have for OT & Speech are always listening & providing us with helpful tips & strategies. They see something & flag/ get onto it straight away which is awesome! sometimes us parents need that outside perspective, not everything flagged is an insult. The Receptionist's are also always so warm and friendly, providing insightful information.

I cannot recommend Little Sparrows Therapy highly enough! From the moment we walk through the door, we are enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at this clinic are incredibly professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their clients' well-being. My son’s journey began at just 2 years old, and he has been fortunate to receive care here all the way to now, at 10. We have followed this dedicated team across four different locations, which speaks volumes about the quality of care they provide. Kimberley, his speech therapist, provided invaluable support in enhancing his communication skills. Her creative techniques and encouragement made sessions enjoyable and impactful, leading to noticeable improvements in his speech. In addition, his occupational therapist Stacey, has been a guiding light in this process. Her expertise and tailored approach made every session safe and productive, helping my son achieve his goals effectively. Finally, Otis in physiotherapy has been instrumental in my son’s physical development. His knowledge and hands-on approach helped him regain strength and mobility, allowing him to engage fully in his activities. Additionally, my son benefits from hydrotherapy with Otis at the local pool, which has provided him with a unique and enjoyable way to improve his physical skills in a supportive environment. The clinic itself is beautifully maintained, creating a calming environment that enhances the therapy experience. Scheduling appointments is effortless, and Jazz on the front desk is always friendly and accommodating. We have seen remarkable improvements since starting therapy here, and I truly feel empowered by the skills my son has acquired. The investment we made at Little Sparrows Therapy has been invaluable.
