ClickabilityCharged almost $3500 for them to do nothing. In the end, went with someone else who got the job done in 3 days and finally were able to get the plan sorted once and for all.

ClickabilityJacki supports me In many different ways one of the major ones is to contact many organisations on my behalf to help me deal with issues I may have with them that I am struggling to sort out by myself. For example it may be equipment issues, housing issues etc Without support coordination from Jacki I don’t believe I would be able to manage in a many situations. Rachel Kay

ClickabilityFleur has been our brother's NDIS support coordinator for some time and she has been absolutely fantastic right from the get go. As a result, we have come to consider her almost a part of the family. She is highly professional, experienced, knowledgeable, proactive and, most importantly, always just lovely to deal with. Our brother's needs are complex, extensive and demanding, however Fleur has helped us to ensure that he has the very best care and support available and in his own home. This has covered a range of personal care, specialist and allied health professional care, as well as all the appropriate equipment that he has needed. She has been at the forefront of helping us to navigate our brother's NDIS Plan reviews, to maintain and when needed, improve his care, as he deteriorates. The right things get done and on time. Nothing is too much trouble and, as a result, she has made a huge difference to the stress and strain that the family were under in trying to care for and support our brother, largely on our own. We are now able to spend quality family time with our brother, knowing that he is well cared for and safe in the hands of the professional experts. Fleur has been a wonderful support to our brother and the whole family and we could not thank and recommend her highly enough.
