I have had an extremely positive experience coming from another provider who represented me for years which was a very stressful time for me. Then building the courage to find a new provider I could trust was daunting, but i made the best move of my life as an NDIS participant who strived for what I expected an NDIS provider to hold similar values to me and thag was RESPECT, EQUALITY and PASSION. I am just amazed how the team has helped me to find suitable support workers who cared and took initiatives in their roles. Thankyou to Sushila and the team, to me this is not a job that you do, it's your passion and that is so important to me that I know my rights as a client are always in mind. Just the biggest thanks. I highly recommend. Its taken me 5 different providers to find live up inclusive care over ten years and I was lost until I gave them a call. Please give them a go! I did and you will find the company so different to many other companies who lack empathy. In the end we are all human beings. Aren't we. We are no different and should never be treated lesser.
