I have received permanent support from Magical care. Services from Magical care have been amazing and staffs are excellent and very caring. They all have good heart and have done fantastic jobs.

I have severe OCD, I have a higher expectation. Luckily Magical Care found a competent Support worker for me. I am happy with the support worker.

I have been with Magical Care for a month. I requested last minute services a few times as my regular carer was sick. They didn't let me down. Very reliable. One time, my support worker cancelled the shift in a short notice, I called Magical Care. They didn't have anyone available. But they replaced a worker by paying another agent.

I am surprised by my support worker with each outing. They design wellbeing program for me. I feel being cared about. 5 star!

My carer didnt show up today. it was last minute call to magical care. The staff was very nice and friendly. The carer did a great work and support. Had a wonderful time with the carer. Thank you and definitely call you again!!
