Had a great experience with Maple Community Services recently. I was in urgent need of an emergency placement for one of my SIL participants and all those involved from Maple were beyond supportive and professional in getting them moved into their new home within 24 hours. Its providers like Maple that give the NDIS a good name. Thanks for caring team!!

Why are all the reviews that are posted 3 years old? I am a recent Participant who has not had a 5 star experience with Maple. Just this past weekend I requested a transport job giving them 24 hours notice to find the appropriate support worker for the job. No response to a request for transport. No communication or follow up to advise me that they were unable to fulfil my request. My attempt to call them resulted in going through recorded messages and finally being hung up on with we have no one available to take your call. My Support Coordinator is away and returning on 23.12.24. How did I find this out?. By sending an email to her and receiving an out of office message. I have a review of my plan on the wait list with the NDIS and my attempt to find out who would cover for my Support Coordinator has not been followed up with any contact from such said coordinator. I was told "Oh chances are you won't get contacted". I was assigned a case worker who has made no effort to meet me. It seems like she has to run everything by her supervisor. Last week they assigned a support worker to me and when I told them I did not wish for a particular person I was virtually cross examined by one of the managers there. I am entitled to be comfortable with whom I wish to be transported by. And not to mention multiple overcharges by the Support Workers invoicing staff. I think they are hoping I don't check their invoices. Not impressed. Maybe they have too many Participants that they can't actually give an individual the service that you anticipate or expect. It's a shame that all the staff can't match Jovina and Brishna's level of professionalism. My first impression was good but the "support workers" area needs some support as they have let me down multiple times. I hope you don't charge through a invoice for December for my Support Coordinator who has dissapeared for a month a least without any notice by management to advise of such. Poor communication.

Maple community services is a family owned company that prides them selves in their clients and their teams. They strive to give their participants the up Most level of care to lead their best lilives. The management team are outstanding and as a support worker they are always ready to guide,assist in anything you need. great company,great service.

Aaron says: All the staff are fantastic, especially my primary contact who is always taking notes to ensure a thorough handover is given. I think that all my staff should be working with all participants across the NDIS given the great supports they facilitate. I am proud to say I am with MCS as an NDIS Participant.
