This company is corrupt and immoral. They steal from the disabled and charge for services they do not provide. Then blame the victims for their incompetence. As a client I had money raised from my pension for bills that were not paid, and for services I never received. My NDIS is charged 11.5 hrs a week at rate of $1200 a week. But I am not allowed any choice or control and must abide by their whims or be denied care. They have been trained in corporate speak quite well. Exaggerating the facts to make themselves look better. They now blackmail me into putting up with their corruption and incompetence or face homelessness or put into housing that is detrimental to my health and well being. They have refused to make ay changes or address any issues. They have refused any accountability and in place gaslight and victim blame clients for their mistakes. Avoid at all costs
