Unfortunately, it is becoming more rare and increasingly difficult to find and receive good after sales service in this day and age; however I have a POSITIVE story to share about MASSEUSE MASSAGE CHAIRS AND ACCESSORIES! I was recently experiencing a situation with my Masseuse Massage chair, and decided to contact them to see if they would be able to help me out, even though my chair was 4years + old! I was a little nervous about the reception I would get, but I was very happy with their response! They were very approachable, and listened attentively and genuinely to my concerns, and were not only able to help, but were very helpful and supportive throughout the process! I feel that they went above and beyond the “service” I have received from other, brand name suppliers and manufacturers over the years, and now my Masseuse Massage chair is working to my absolute satisfaction! They also followed up to make sure that everything was going well, and with this experience in mind, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a good product, with great after sales service! Physio + chair is a great chair. It covers my chronic neck pain really well. I have pain 24/7 and it really helps to ease the intensity. Easy to use and packed full of features! I went to South Melbourne showroom after having dealt with the company for several years. A great team and Leon was amazing sorting out my specific set of needs with the right chair. I owned the original Physio chair and for my complex neck issues it was not as intense in the neck region as I needed but ticked all of the other boxes. My original chair never missed a beat. Great to meet the Wellness Team!!!! If you’re looking for a great product, no pressure from sales people, a REAL company who actually cares, great delivery (I’m in Tasmania!) team, superior follow up and more you really can’t go wrong. I’m very pleased and I’m a particularly fussy customer mainly due to my condition, and have zero tolerance for any bullshit, I just can’t handle it on top of my condition. Well done guys! We have been enjoying the chair but needed assistance on settings. Yan from Customer Service called me and resolved my issues which has given me the confidence to use the chair more often. Yan also sent me a video and specific user manual for my chair. After mentioning a bit of discomfort in my lower back she is sending me a cushion free of charge to assist my massage comfort. I cannot fault the chair or Customer Service. I have saved Yan's details for the future (if need be). I can highly recommend the Masseuse Chair and the Customer Service. Totally enjoying the luxury at home 👌😊

Top quality chair with robust build and nice features that aren't even available in some of the renowned brands. The after-sales services is phenomenal. We did have some initial hiccups but after a call to the Customer Services (Yan), the hiccup was resolved the next day. We had the chair for a month now and are very happy with the purchase; especially, 9 out of 10 times, the chair made me slept half-way through the cycle and that is how comfortable it is.

Awesome chair with lots of massage options. Wife loves it and uses it 3-4 times a week and I use it too couple of times a week.
