From my first appointment there is no doubt that this is the best place for me to recover from my injury. Ivan, my physiotherapist, had been amazing! The combination of hands on therapy and hydrotherapy with Franky and the support that he provides is making a massive difference. Had a shoulder injury 3 months ago and I was referred for an extensive physiotherapy. The staff were highly professional and doing their duty above and beyond. They have a strong sense of emphaty and compassion. They're respectful, friendly and very helpful in my journey of recovery and healing .I strongly recommend Maxvale Physiotherapy. "You're truely a miracle" exclaimed Max. I have been with Maxvale, this amazing team for over two years (I am currently with Sam regularly, to see Max once a while to review my progress and schedule a new plan for me). I started with sitting on wheelchair outdoor and four wheelframed Walker indoor with limited steps, now I am able to walk and started a course in school lately. I started with very low confidence of physical activity initially, I was introduced with hydrotherapy at the very beginning, then my muscle got stronger, I am doing pilates at home everyday. My next goal would be hiking, running eventually. Hopefully I can make it in near future. Fingers crossed that I can achieve my goal with Maxvale's great care.🤞

Have been having issues with my knees for the past few years with not much luck in figuring out what was wrong. It started the morning after a PT session with very painful hip pinching and pain in knee when bending or straightening it. I took a while before I ever went to a physio and not with much luck. I have also relatively been recently getting a lot of neck and shoulder pain, and all these issues prevent me from working out and doing exercise I enjoy. I am very happy to be seeing Max Lim as my new physio, and Ivan Lam for clinical pilates. I am making good progress, setting mini goals to keep myself on track, and happy to finally be getting some answers and results. A big factor of my problems have been from joint hyper-mobility, which no one else has ever picked up! Within the first few minutes of my first visit, Max noticed this about me. I also really appreciate the focus on mental health and how we are feeling etc, as I am a very stressed person with low self esteem. I therefore often have poor posture such as keeping my head low, which over time can be very damaging and painful and often overlooked. It is something that takes time and dedication and can therefore be costly, but for me I think it is worth it to prevent any future damage. I highly recommend!

I have an reoccurring health issue with my left hip/leg and the back. When in a full swing.....it's painfull, debilitating and testing on many levels. I've been through many medical examinations, and specialist's visits..... to no avail. The medical body couldn't point out what is the source of my trouble. 2 months ago, I did found myself in the same predicament. But this time.... And I thank and bless my lucky star here......I was in a care of Maxvale Physiotherapy professionals. Doctor Max Lim was able to diagnose my health issues. And NAME it! And set me up on the recovery path! Words can't describe my happy feelings! I'm forever grateful! Currently......I'm undergoing the hydrotherapy under the guidance of Maxvale physios. Plus the weekly review and treatment with Doctor Max. Also....attending the pain and wellness management seminars run by Maxvale team. The holistic body&mind approach not only helps my body to heal...... But by providing the knowledge in understanding the chronic pain and emotions that surround it, I feel empowered and back in a control of my life. And......very optimistic about the future!
