ClickabilityI'm a support worker that works with My Choice My Support. I like how they cut out the middle man when we're talking to the service users themselves instead of going through coordinators and managers. I've really enjoyed working there so far. There's nothing I've noticed that I don't like but I don't think I've done enough shifts yet to have any negative views on them. In the future I think they will need more support workers, they have plenty of staff now but as the business grows they'll need a greater range of staff (such as people of different age and gender) because clients needs are different and they will want different things.
