After all I have been through, I have finally realised that some of the people in this company don't care about what they have done, I still can't believe after all these years it's so easy for the people who are supposed to help you don't really care,why do people here have to be like this,it destroys a person's faith

Sadly I just don’t rate this business after hearing good things

5th of November 2021 My son support workout extra dentally broke my couch Have no date with insurance company when it's getting fixed just ono maybe at the end of February or beginning of March. You ask a date or even say that's not good enough you have to replace the couch I get abused by Jim Took me over a month to even find a person to talk to properly about it. And it's been joke it's caused me to get in at of doctor's appointments. With anxiety I hope this company never breaks any of your furniture because you'll be waiting forever for it to be fixed or replaced

They will promise you the world in person then won't even bother to respond to your phone calls! We stuck with My Supports for over a year in the hope that things would improve but sadly they have just become worse. Billed regularly without any contact for months. I am reporting to NDIS today after trying to get assistance for a specific issue from early December 2025 and then prior to that for other issues previously for a year. This is not reasonable when other providers are probably are doing the right thing!
