They always kept me up to date with the installation process. There communication skills are great. They responded promptly to any enquiry I may have had. The job was well managed from beginning to end. NDIBuild followed up with any outside issues that arose.

I used this service for myself. They rebuilt a path for me. They did it very well, the original path had some problems with being overgrown and wasn't very stable, but they rebuilt it much better. The path was built fairly well for my walking needs. I can't think of any way they could do better in the future. They did a good job, and were pretty prompt.

I used this service for my wife. They did a complete bathroom rebuild, and widened two doorways. They were excellent, no dramas at all. He rang me up weekly to check in, they cleaned up after themselves, and kept an eye on cash and noise. I found them really easy to deal with.

I used this service for my brother as I'm his carer. They do ongoing gardening and maintenance. They also organise some one off large jobs, such as installing rails and removing slip risks. They also designed and installed some steps for him which was quite creative of them to be compliant and cost effective. I've been really happy with them overall, my brother has many difficulties which makes communication difficult. However they were very patient and understanding with him, making him feel quite comfortable. This was definitely important. Their delivery and follow up was also really good, knowing when I needed to be involved. They're very busy but I'm glad we were able to get them. We're both very happy with them, and the work they do is very good.

Together we decide the best solution for them for their needs, with the NDIS. They were really prompt and efficient with their communication. They kept us in the loop about what was going on, and kept everyone involved. They took information from everyone to find the right solution which was great.
