I have been there for 3 years and the staff are lovely and some of the people ho go to the differnt groups are ok but it depends on the size of the groups and the gym stuffs???

I am incredibly grateful to be supported by Des and Tess. I have only been involved with Neuro rehab for less than 2 months, but I’m incredibly happy and comfortable with all aspects of care and treatment I have received! The reception staff are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful! I will happily refer Neurological Rehabilitation Group to anyone who is looking for a neurophysio.

Rachael and the team provided outstanding care to my father as he recovered from a very severe bout of vertigo, which was his first experience of the condition. Over the course of three treatments, Rachael and her colleagues worked with Dad gently and effectively to completely relieve his symptoms, explaining their investigations and treatments along the way. We will be seeking help from the team at Neurological Rehabilitation Group Mt Waverley - and Rachael in particular - if Dad or any of our other family members need help from neuro physios. They are wonderful practitioners and we are so grateful for their assistance and kindness.

Visiting family in Australia for Christmas from the US where I live. Laid low by acute vertigo resulting in hospitalization over Christmas (dammit) and a slow recovery focused on being able to get back to the US safely and in one piece. The neuro PT at the hospital did me a complete solid by recommending outpatient follow-up with Neuro Rehabilitation in Mt Waverley. They were my first call upon discharge from hospital. From Lachie at front of house all the way through, THIS PLACE WAS A GOD SEND. Fabulous facilities in Mt Waverley, eclipsed only by the staff. Knowledgeable, helpful, effective, encouraging and kind and obviously qualified to deal with a very broad range of issues and patients. For me, Angie Woo was great to work with over three visits across 2 weeks. Without her and the team, I would not have been in sufficient shape to get home to the US. Hard recommend from me. I am telling everyone I know in Melbourne about Neuro Rehabilitation.

Serene radiates warmth. I am truly grateful to have Serene as my neurological physiotherapist. Her extensive knowledge of multiple sclerosis is outstanding; she explains complex concepts clearly and tailors treatment perfectly to my needs. Beyond her expertise, her gentle, empathetic approach and warm personality stand out. She listens patiently and supports the whole person with genuine understanding. Thank you too for the wonderful admin team – Lachie, Bonny, Alice and Olivia. Their genuine and professional warmth don't go unnoticed.
