"I strongly advise against using Nurture Speech Pathology. Our experience has been incredibly negative. In three years, my child has had three different speech pathologists, severely disrupting their progress. One therapist repeatedly breached confidentiality by discussing my child's therapy sessions with unauthorized individuals, despite my concerns. When I raised these issues, they were met with arrogance and dismissal. Furthermore, they notified me of a therapist change on Australia Day, a national holiday, with a mere two-day notice and no prior discussion or phone call. This demonstrates a complete lack of respect for my time and the importance of open communication. Nurture failed to provide the consistent and supportive environment that is crucial for child with ASD. I have deterred several families from using their services, especially those with children on the spectrum. Please consider other options for speech therapy."

We’ve had a really positive experience with Nurture. The team uses thoughtful, neuro-affirming strategies that genuinely support children to identify and work towards their own goals. Their approaches are creative (while still evidence based) and empowering, and the progress reporting is very clear and well-structured. It’s great to see such a strengths-based approach in practice. Highly recommend 😊

Mackenzie has been my sons speech pathologist for a couple of years and he has only had positive things to say about his sessions. He has definitely come along way; particularly with his sense of self and identity. Thank you Mackenzie! Ideally he has developed a great relationship with her and he enjoys his sessions. Nurture Allied Health as a business have also been very accommodating and flexible at times when we have needed rescheduling. Every new school year has it's negotiations for a time slot that suits both parties. We have been pleased to have kept a day and time that doesn't impact on our sons schooling.
