One Central Health

We had one child complete an Autism assessment (DSM) at the One Central Health South Lake and the service was great. No availability for on-going appointments caused us to look at One Central Health Balcatta for speech therapy, occupational therapy and psychology. We found the service provided below par and the receptionists a mixture of lovely on one side or unsympathetic/combative on the other. For a company that offers services predominately to people with ongoing health issues there doesn't seem to be a lot of empathy and it felt very money orientated. We felt pressured to make it to appointments even if doing so was not physically safe and yet One Central Health had no troubles cancelling appointments on us last minute. The therapists were of acceptable quality but the overall experience was not acceptable. We have since moved elsewhere for better, more empathetic service.

Good place

Disappointed with the service. After putting up my negative comment, I asked to remove my review and lodge a formal complaint. Hopefully, I will get the message through that will help them to improve their service and communication.

We were so happy besides the costs of course. But feels like we are finally getting closer to the rite help and diagnosis for both children.. Dr Rajput is so thourogh and full of knowledge...

Pity it took an official complaint to management and a poor review to get the service they were contracted to provide. At double the time frame they provided no less. Poor communication skills is an understatement! Fingers crossed now it has been brought to managements attention, that the issues are rectified.
