Extremely dodgy! Do not choose this care service. They never show up to care for my father but they are still charging us invoices for it. I rejected some invoices due to the service not being provided and a "coordinator" called me to question why I rejected them and when I told him that no one has been here he started raising his voice and giving me attitude when I said that they were ripping us off. I did have one guy come over to meet my father and try to engage with him but the carer gave up with my father and sat himself on my couch while he watched social media videos. And continued to sit in my house when I had to leave. It made me very uncomfortable. So unprofessional! They send incorrect invoices and don't even show up to do their job.
