They honestly have the friendliest support workers who are kind, caring and compassionate. My brother receives care from their support workers every day and everyone has been saying how different he is now, and how confident he is. My brother grew up with an intellectual disability and was called many names growing up which affected his social participation and he never wanted to leave the house. Since Ross Care has been supporting him, he's developed trust in people, that they can be good and kind. He has wanted to leave the house and participate in the community more. We are so happy we came across this wonderful provider that is doing things properly and ethically. Thank you Ross Care!

The plan managers at Ross Care always make prompt payments. Very happy with their services. They're very knowledgeable regarding what is and isn't included in my NDIS plan and always so helpful with any questions I may have.

Very friendly staff - willing to go above and beyond. Always there to listen and open on weekends too so very handy.
