I have been with Open Minds for a couple of years now, and never had any support before this. Open Minds have helped me become more social and get out and about more. Open Minds provide me with something fresh, something new, and they help me break out of my shell.

My Support Workers at Open Minds help me on my recovery journey. I live in a house with some other tenants and their dogs. My Support Workers get me involved in fun things like gardening and growing my own vegetables to eat. They help me to cook, go to appointments, and generally be more independent.
