Cannot speak more highly of the staff at OrthoKids Surry Hills. My son just finished helmet therapy and we had a wonderful experience, with an exceptional outcome. Kim (admin) is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and Pete (therapist) was an expert, very calm, considerate and made sure we felt comfortable during every visit. Thank you team! We are very happy parents!!

Best customer service! Kym is so nice and so helpful. Also Luke is amazing he is so good with my daughter. The helmet she had really helped her severe flat spot and got it back to pretty much normal! We also just got a set of AFOS and they are the best they look so cute on her :)

I saw Steph when my son fractured his arm. She was calm and professional and fitted him with a brace that was so much better than the cast applied by a different health practitioner. I would happily recommend Ortho kids to other families.

Our son was 4 months old when he saw Pete. He had Plagiocephaly at that time, falling in the severe category. However, after consulting with Pete and wearing a helmet for the designated period, our son's condition improved to a mild condition, with a hardly noticeable flat head. Pete was friendly, professional and very patient with our questions, and Kym and the other receptionists are lovely and friendly. would definitely recommend if you have a similar concern for your child to consult here with Pete.
