My experience with pace is beyond anything I vision. The staff is confident with the knowledge they give you. The staff are caring and explain what works for you and regularly check with your doctors n whoever is caring for your health. It's the best decision I've made and have meet amazing people on the way.

I came in this program not sure what to expect. It was amazing and I am actually looking forward to my sessions weekly. Rebecca and Otto are professional and very knowledgeable. After 10 sessions there, I can say I do feel stronger and I am not sure if it is from the program but my arthritis pain are reduced too. I recommended to all my family and friends and will recommended to anyone looking forward to build bones and muscle density in a safe and professional environment.
