Individual cleaning staff were lovely and helpful. The team organizing them however, were not. There was minimal communication, services were cancelled or changed with no notice. At one stage they failed to send me invoices for 3 months. (I thought they were sending them directly to our support co-ordinator, no they just plain forgot.) I do not recommend PSS, and I would not use them again.
