I booked a hairdresser appointment through Planity and paid a portion in advance. Upon arriving at the salon for my scheduled appointment, the hairdresser refused to provide the service, claiming she didn't have time and took someone else in my place. Despite having paid, I received no service at all. When I contacted Planity to request a refund, they refused, claiming they don't have the authority to issue refunds. This experience highlights a significant lack of consumer protection. Customers should not have to pay for services they do not receive, and there should be a straightforward process for addressing such issues. I am extremely disappointed with both the hairdresser and Planity. I strongly advise against using this website to make bookings and caution others about the inadequate consumer protection provided.

I recently had a haircut at and unfortunately, I’m not happy with the result. My stylist was a woman (I didn’t catch her name), and while she was friendly, I’m disappointed with how my hair turned out. I asked for a short haircut, but after washing it, I noticed that it’s uneven—some sections are shorter while others are longer. It doesn’t have the clean, straight line I was expecting.
