Google Maps2 years ago Whit my experience with the psychologist was amazing and warm at first seasion. I started being let down by the administration as had appioment at 2pm was told have to be 10 -20 min earlier. I could no longer wait when the lady come out i asked her of im next she said no i asked how long then she become rude told i could leave if i wanted as runa busniess i always keep my appointments and i told her admistration again i cant wait any longer and the went ask the physiologyist a d she told just leave ???if the appointment as a phone call as they we're 20 minutes upwards behind(which I am understanding of as my first appointment was 20 mins late also) as I had prior engagements booked after my phone call it was cutting it too close. I asked the female admin if I can cancel and reschedule but was informed that I would be charged $50 for cancelling even though they hadn't called in the allocated time frame. I didn't find this to be very professional as it wasn't my fault they were late. I'm sure people with anxiety will understand that it doesn't set a comfortable tone to return to
