Provided an FCA report full of errors (and a defamatory statement) regarding my daughter - upon trying to get it fixed I was handballed from one person to another without any progress for 2 months. After asking for a copy of the amended report to prove it was fixed, was advised that I'm not an "authorised person" to see the report I was defamed in because they have processes to follow. Unfortunately those processes were non-existent when they completed an error-filled and defamatory report. They were also not able/willing to disclose how the errors had been made. It's also staggering that this organisation would only speak to one of two separated parents and not seek any information or perspective from the other. An incompetent shambles at almost every stage of dealing with them. The lack of governance and oversight is startling.
