From my perspective they have been wonderful in listening to us when we first engaged the services and identified the most amazing support person for my sister. We could not think more highly of this particular support person. Thank you. The staff have been willing to assist in anyway they can and are lovely to deal with, but we do seem to have experienced some communication issues. As the sister of a person with an ABI and where executive function has been compromised, consistency and clear communication about shift attendance is critical in allaying any anxiety and concerns for her. For myself, improving response times to written Communication would allow me to feel more confident that matters have been acknowledged and are being addressed in a timely fashion.
