The training offered at PoDDSS is excellent. It is relevant, well organised and participatory. The trainers are well-prepared and knowledgeable and ensure time is given to explore pressing questions. The training could be improved by ensuring that workers that support participants in common develop specific strategies together to improve supports and that these strategies can be communicated to others in the team that are not present at the training.
