Google MapsThis business does not believe in communication with their clients. I was told by the owner/director that I was their most difficult client because they had to speak and communicate with me. They repeatedly broke their service agreement with me over the 3 and a half years I was a client. They would rarely reschedule shifts that were missed due to public holidays as one example. They ignored my emails and did not return phone calls. When I would speak to the owner/ Director of the business about my concerns she would laugh at me which is not overly professional and did not make feel valued as a client. Again I was told I was difficult because they had to communicate with me and they would rather have not had too. I feel they resented my close relationship with my support worker because it is something they do not believe in, support or encourage. When things got too hard for them with me rather then have a conversation they dropped me as a client completely. They said they wanted to avoid me going to the Commission when in reality all I ever wanted was better two way communication that's it. Not world peace but it was too much for them. They could not even say thank you for my business in the end. I did but not them, So I would warn anyone to stay away because they are only in for the money and not in it for us clients. They do not care about us at all.
