Absolutely disgusting treatment of disabled people. I need 7 days a week care and they left me without care for multiple days this week and plan on having no care for 4 days next week. I cannot care for myself. This has ruined me financially and set me into a mental health crisis. They have abandoned me then denied everything. One of their workers encouraged self harm and made suicide jokes when I was in crisis. They keep saying they’re “looking to get me help” then no one turns up. They do not care about queer people at all. DO NOT use this service!
