What can I say every part of our experience with Quad care has been amazing. From Allied health therapies then day support for our son, fabulous caring and professional staff. Every day not only care for Luke, go above and beyond in every aspect with thinking of his short and long term goals implementing strategies to keep him engaged and loving life. Sharing our experience with Quad Care in Woodford in case it helps other families. We only ever had two actual appointments, paid for three, and then were quietly dropped from the schedule without a word. The first appointment involved the OT repeatedly asking my 9‑year‑old autistic son if certain things made him feel “pissed”. Not exactly ideal language for a child’s session. I mentioned it to reception — figured it was a cultural/language mix‑up and didn’t make a fuss. Admin was the next hurdle. After paying for a missed appointment, I sent multiple emails asking for confirmation and Medicare processing. No replies until I sent a firmer message, then I was told all my emails had landed in their junk folder. Maybe true, maybe not. Then an appointment was cancelled due to staff commitments — fine. But after that? Nothing. No confirmation for the next session, no follow‑up, no explanation. We were simply removed from the schedule. I’m sure Quad Care provides consistent and reliable support to many families — but that certainly wasn’t our experience. Part of me hopes they’re just embarrassed by how many times they dropped the ball and couldn’t face us again. These aren’t beauty appointments — they’re essential supports for kids who rely on consistency. Quad Care didn’t deliver that for our family.
