Only got one star because there are no negatives. Absolutely not for the client

One star because they don't seem to take things seriously and ended up with my family being assaulted, by their clients

Very poor standards with staff training of :manual handling. :staff show up way before start time if they show up at all . :no care plan or medication charts .

Very unprofessional, often the staff are too personal about their problems, no shows, on their phones a lot, rude and inappropriate. I wouldn’t trust them with the vulnerable.

Professional, capable, kind and caring. These guys go over and above!
