Google MapsThis company is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a wheelchair 10 days ago, my daughter has had an extremely hard time trying to get contact with this so called company. They finally shipped the chair, from WA yesterday. Now after contacting startrack, I discover that they shipped it by road freight and if im 'lucky' I might recieve it by next Friday.. SEVEN more days. I'm elderly and unable to now get around at all, this chair advertised for same day dispatch and express delivery. Its an absolute joke, morally corrupt company. Who you should avoid at all costs. My chair will now take 16 days or longer if I dont recieve it by the Friday. Disgusting. Would give them no stars if I could.
