As a participant I feel Raya Healthcare has held my hand when needed and also empowered and encouraged me to try things for myself. They really listen to me and I feel heard. They make decisions with me, not for me. With Raya Healthcare at my side, I feel like I can achieve anything.

I have gone through a few providers and Raya so far been the best. I have also gone through a few case managers with the other providers that just didn't suit my needs.raya provided me with the best case managers iv ever dealt with. Suzie lazarovski. Suzie takes the time to listen, she has so much compassion, empathy, and she goes above and beyond to rectify any problem that comes my way. She has taken the stress off me as a carer which iv never encountered before. So thank you raya for providing me with the best I would definitely be in a heap if it wasn't for Suzie.

Suzie has been incredible. The difference she has made to our family with all the support and help she has provided has been amazing. She has been able to get more funding for us which has helped us immensely with support services. Without her our family would not been in the position we are today. She does not take no for an answer and constantly goes above and beyond.

NDIS Support Coordination from Raya Healthcare since I engaged their service from February 2025 has been unsatisfactory and traumatic due to their inexperienced staff who have provided inaccurate information and have repeatedly failed to act on a multiple of issues regarding my NDIS care in a timely and effective manner. Since February, I have experienced significant issues with Raya Healthcare's handling of my NDIS plan, including follow-up on reimbursements of invoices and discrepancies in their invoicing for services not rendered. Raya Healthcare is overall fragmented, with poor communication and a lack of understanding of complex Disabilities Specifically, the healthcare staff assigned to me—Grace, (Manager), Monique, (Recovery coach) and Suzie (NDIS co-ordinator)—have been challenging to communicate with, resulting in confusion, fragmentation and thus resulting in unnecessary stress. Their ineffective management has caused both physical and emotional distress, disrupting my access to necessary supports under the NDIS. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues with them, there has been a lack of follow-up and regular updates on my NDIS plan and outstanding invoices, resulting in a number of thousands of dollars still outstanding. This negligence has led to delays in plan reviews and processing reimbursement payments, further exacerbating my situation and my ability to function day to day due to a lack of services to support my Disabilities. As a result of these challenges, I decided to switch NDIS care providers a few weeks ago. Since then, I have experienced significant improvements, including regular meetings and scheduled follow-up calls, which have been crucial to my ongoing support needs. I urge anyone seeking NDIS Co-ordination to go to a reputable organisation that cares and has a good understanding of NDIS. Their provision of inaccurate information and inefficient processes has had a detrimental impact on my well-being and ability to access essential NDIS supports. I changed NDIS support coordination at the beginning of June 2025, and I am so delighted with how they have acted on my behalf, have heard me, and taken me seriously. I am writing this so that no other person experiences what I have gone through with Raya Healthcare.
