Real Life Assistants is the true hidden gem of Coniston! Sit back and relax in their beautiful outdoor cafe, while the team washes your car and your dog! The coffee is gourmet, they use locally sourced coffee beans and the food is melt in your mouth delicious! Not to mention low prices for everything, i felt like a celebrity at Real life assistant's today, they took care of everything for me while i got to relax. They even have an activity room where you can play pool and other games while you wait! Its ultra accessible and ive never felt more welcomed into a place in my life. Thank you for today RLA!

Useless! Wasted my time in a matter of extreme urgency. They say they can do everything! Total liars that slowly peck away at your funding and deliver absolutely nothing. If minus five stars was only an option! Avoid if you care about your loved ones or yourself! The place is like a total circus that's totally out of control and over capacity. What a waste of time......

I have been with the Real Salon for some time now approximately 5 years the ladies are very friendly and have a professional relationship with me I would most of all like to say that Lisa Mc Donald Coster has pampered me.Lisa has given me some of the best treatments,cuts, colours and styles a person could possibly give I really value how patient Lisa is and explains everything so clearly. I really appreciate it Lisa you make me feel like a woman should feel after all the pampering and just being you is most important to me I would really recommend my friends and family to you Lisa and the Real Solon. In our experience over the past couple of years as both a carer and participant we are incredibly and life-changingly grateful for the care, support, patience and opportunities that RLA / RLCG have shown us both. If you want an organisation that will go above and beyond to ensure that your loved one is given the dignity and respect that they deserve as a disabled person then I would choose them. There are a whole lot of people there with lived experience that understand the complexities of a disabled life and the NDIS and will fight for you.
