I can’t recommend Hila Ben Shoham enough! She is an incredible physio, truly listens, cares, and never makes you feel like you’re being annoying or rushed. I previously spent two months with another physio who didn’t listen, didn’t explain things well, and ultimately made my injury worse. After just one session with Hila, I saw immediate results, and now, after my second appointment, I’m basically completely healed. She knows her stuff and treats you like a person, not just a patient. Plus, with Medibank, my out-of-pocket costs are super low. If you need a physio, go see Hila! Very happy :)

My class is run by a highly qualified Physio, Hila, who keeps us on track with the exercises, explains and demonstrates the exercises when someone is struggling or has an injury whilst keeping the class motivated with a very happy and welcoming personality. I highly recommend these classes to anyone who is interested in trying them.
