Hila is truly wonderful! I have been seeing Hila for the last few years with a very sore back and was referred for back surgery by 2 specialists. I was in regular pain after a bad disc hernia and wanted to see if I could try regular physio. Hila has been so kind and patient, supportive and caring throughout my journey with physio graduating from clinical sessions to clinical Pilates, then fit class and now graduating physio to a regular fitness routine. I am so grateful for Hila's time and care - she is truly a gem and very kind! I will miss my classes but highly recommend Hila! Thank you to Hila and Reclaim!!

Hila has been amazing. Always supportive, always encouraging, and I always feel better after treatment (long term rehab situation). Honestly the other physios are great, I would and have recommended both senior physios to friends and family. Also admin/reception team are really great and genuinely care, and have endless patience with me (lol).

Bec is a very experienced physio who has helped me over the years with recurring back spasms. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is also an amazing Pilates instructor and I look forward to her classes each week. Reclaim staff are all so friendly and helpful.

Been seeing Josh and the team for years. I've found them to be the most effective at hands on treatment, as well as providing practical advice for exercise/stretching at home between sessions. I've tried other physios nearby under GP referral but I keep going back to Reclaim. Professional, efficient, well priced and results focused.
